Get rid of annoying dialog in windows 7 when you run program as administrator !

Wanna get rid of this dialog which appears time and again ?

So, read this tips below carefully !
1. Go to start menu and click the administrator image !

2. Click at Change user account control settings

3.Drag the box to the end and click at OK
